I’m a Doctor of Chiropractic with a Master’s in Sports Medicine, but I’m also someone who lives and breathes fitness. I’ve worked with athletes, weekend warriors, and busy professionals who just want to feel good again. My goal is to bridge the gap between rehab and performance—helping you move without pain, train with confidence, and build strength that lasts.
