Hello,

I am so happy that you have made it here! A little bit about me, I got my Doctorate in Chiropractic as well as a Master’s in Sports Medicine from the University of Western States. I’ve worked with athletes, weekend warriors, and busy professionals who just want to feel good again. My goal is to bridge the gap between rehab and performance, helping you move without pain, train with confidence, and build strength that lasts.

Over the years I’ve learned that results come from consistency, not extremes. Every Apex Fitness program is designed to be evidence-based, efficient, and realistic for your goals. I believe fitness should improve your life, not consume it.
